Selling Agent Commission
25% of first month's rent
For tenant placement, earn 25% of the first month's rent, payable after the tenant moves in.
Referral Commission
50% of first month's rent
Earn 50% of the first month's rent on the first tenant placement for a referred client's residential property management.
Client Stays Yours
Referral protected
When your client is ready to buy or sell, we refer them right back to you first.
Program Terms
- Commission is paid after the tenant moves in.
- Referral Commission applies to residential property management only.
- A completed W-9 and signed referral agreement are required before payout.
- Referral must be submitted before the client independently contacts our office, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
